My dog is my child and when I was looking for a Dog Walker I took it VERY seriously. I spent a lot of time researching and meeting many dog walkers in the city. I was most impressed with Shannon. My little Abby took to her right away and she has exceeded my expectations since. Shannon is totally dependable, consistent, caring, careful and gentle with my dog. She has a real knack with dogs, and it is very evident. I am so happy that I found my fur-ever dog walker and feel blessed to have found Shannon.

 Shannon has been walking my dog Virgil for so many years, I can’t remember, but it is at least 8+. She is the most reliable, responsible loving walker and care giver ever! She has virtually helped raise Virgil from a pup to the senior dog he is now. He loves her and regards her as a second ‘parent.’ She is sensitive to my dog’s needs and behaviour now that he is getting older and is a trusted member of our extended ‘family.’ She is very thoughtful and knows her charges very well, and will even she adjust her schedule make sure that the dogs have good walking partners. I highly recommend Shannon whenever I get the chance!

We could not recommend A Walk in the Park (Shannon) services more! Shannon is so amazing with our dog Rosie. We reached out to Shannon about 6 years ago when Rosie was experiencing severe anxiety due to a move and she was a life saver. Shannon also looks after Ro when we go away on vacation and there is no better feeling then being unbelievably confident and comfortable knowing your dog is in safe hands. Rosie just adores Shannon and we are so lucky to be able to use her services.

We have known Shannon for seven years, having met while out walking our dogs. She has helped us take care of our boys Button and Zipper, and sometimes their friend Chocolat, for walks for the last six plus years now. They literally wait for her by the door. She has become an extended family member over the years. There wouldn't be anyone else that we would trust our boys and thier friends with.
